Job summary

Atlantic BT is seeking a dedicated IT professional to join our full-time staff in Raleigh, NC. You will support client hosting environments in AWS, manage the IT support queue, and help move infrastructure to Terraform/OpenTofu.

You'll work with Linux, Windows, databases, and web servers, implement IaC, monitor performance, and respond to alerts, while collaborating with developers, QA, and project managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing cloud hosting in production environments.
• Hands-on Terraform/OpenTofu experience and state management.
• Strong networking knowledge: VPC design, DNS, TLS, routing.
• Comfortable transitioning legacy infrastructure to IaC.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support via phone, email, and tickets.
• Design, build and scale AWS hosting environments.
• Write infrastructure as code with Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Monitor and respond to CloudWatch and other alerts.
• Coordinate client deployments and troubleshoot CI/CD failures.
• Maintain security, IAM, and DNS configurations.
