Job summary

Chase seeks a Product Director in Trust & Security to own the full product strategy and execution for its data infrastructure, including current platforms and a next-generation, AWS-based solution. You will report to the Head of Consumer & Community Banking Data, Decisioning & AI Platforms.

You will lead roadmaps, guide product teams, drive modernization, and partner with Engineering to deliver a centralized, real-time signal fabric while meeting reliability and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence adoption of lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements, and value management.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across functions.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Balancing platform stability with modernization initiatives.
• Expertise in modern data architectures (real-time streaming, lakehouse, data mesh) and AWS ecosystems.
• Experience building low-latency, real-time data platforms for fraud detection or trust & safety.
• Knowledge of data governance, model risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Track record of leading platform product models and optimizing cloud costs.
• Executive-level stakeholder influence and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from planning to future development with modernization.
• Coach and mentor the team on best practices and adoption strategies.
• Own product performance and investments to achieve objectives.
• Monitor market trends and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Evolve the Trust & Security Data Platform vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Translate architectural and regulatory needs into executive business cases.
• Ensure platform stability supporting fraud, identity, and dispute teams with BAU SLAs.
• Lead next-gen platform build with Engineering to replace siloed systems with a centralized signal infrastructure.
• Define and enforce data contracts across Shared Signal Fabric.
