Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Manager Vice President in Trust & Security to define the roadmap for a next-generation data platform on AWS, protecting customers and enabling scalable fraud detection. You will partner with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and Controls to translate executive priorities into measurable outcomes and drive adoption across the data ecosystem.

Your leadership will shape data governance, migration readiness, and the delivery of high-impact capabilities

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, tech delivery, data platforms, fraud/risk, or financial services tech.
• Deep knowledge of the product lifecycle, from discovery to value measurement and improvement.
• Translate customer, business, technical and control needs into measurable outcomes and delivery plans.
• Influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience with modernization or platform transformation.
• Understanding of real-time streaming, cloud data platforms, data quality, governance, and analytics.
• Experience delivering capabilities for fraud detection, trust and safety, or high-volume financial use cases.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and roadmap for Trust & Security data modernization, translating priorities into milestones.
• Lead product workstreams through discovery, requirements, prioritization, and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and Controls to deliver data capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement, reuse, and measurable business value.
• Maintain roadmaps, business cases, requirements, success metrics, and migration plans.
• Translate regulatory and control requirements into clear product requirements and plans.
• Define readiness criteria and runbook maturity for controlled migrations.
• Coordinate delivery of platform capabilities for real-time signals for fraud detection.
• Define data contracts, data quality targets, and governance standards with data owners.
• Monitor product health, adoption, risks, onboarding, and legacy dependencies.
