Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a DevOps Engineer in the Baltimore, MD area to help build, secure, and scale our SaaS infrastructure. This is a full-time, in-office role requiring residence in the Baltimore area.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS environments, and drive automation with a focus on SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. Work across development, architecture, and QA teams to shape platform decisions in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, specifically using AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical discipline.
• Experience deploying developer code to AWS and secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand CI/CD pipelines for faster testing and deployment.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive alerting.
• Manage and scale AWS infrastructure across environments.
• Automate processes and optimize testing workflows.
• Lead security/compliance efforts for SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022.
