Job summary

Apex Systems seeks a DevSecOps Engineer in Baltimore, MD (onsite) to support mission-critical Linux infrastructure and modern containerized applications. You will administer Linux servers, manage Kubernetes, and strengthen CI/CD pipelines with automation tools while ensuring STIG compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with enterprise WAN environments, AD integration, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance. Band 4 or Band 5 levels based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proficient Linux administration in large enterprise environments.
• Experience configuring and managing containerized apps with Kubernetes.
• Automation experience using Ansible and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Administer, secure, and optimize Linux servers and clusters.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Implement and enforce STIGs and security controls on Linux systems.
• Integrate Linux auth and connectivity with Windows Active Directory.
