Oxbridge Health runs healthcare data exchange, member-facing portals, and analytics platforms on AWS. You will own end‑to‑end production systems—from IaC to monitoring—focusing on automation that makes compliance and access management boring.

Join a small team and ship internal tooling, CI/CD improvements, and on-call support for production infrastructure in a multi‑account AWS environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Deep, hands-on AWS; IAM, VPC, cross-account access experience.
• Real Infrastructure-as-Code experience; TypeScript CDK preferred.
• Production coding experience in TypeScript and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain IaC estate using TypeScript AWS CDK across multiple accounts.
• Own production services (ECS Fargate, Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, OpenSearch).
• Improve observability with CloudWatch, canaries, logs, and policies.
• Automate security and compliance (SCPs, IAM, evidence collection, secret scanning).
• Run access management tooling (Okta SSO, SCIM provisioning, VPN access).
• Develop internal tooling and AI-assisted dashboards; ship proactive tooling.
• Enhance CI/CD workflows, gating, and deployment safety.
• Participate in on-call for production infrastructure.
