Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer to design, automate, secure, and support AWS cloud environments and CI/CD platforms. You will implement Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and manage IAM, networking, encryption, and secrets.

The role includes supporting RDS, Glue, Athena, and CloudWatch, plus Python automation and CI/CD improvements. You will collaborate with engineering teams to enhance deployment processes, reliability, and observability, and participate in on-call

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• 2+ years professional experience using Terraform in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support AWS infrastructure across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, including reusable modules and standardized deployments.
• Administer AWS IAM, networking, encryption, authentication, and secrets management with least-privilege access.
• Support cloud services such as RDS, Glue, Athena, CloudWatch, and related tooling.
• Develop automation using Python and Git-based workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve CI/CD pipelines, reliability, and observability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and cloud platform issues.
• Participate in on-call support and other duties as assigned.
