Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Modernize legacy and mainframe applications through analysis, migration, refactoring, and decomposition initiatives.
  • Transform monolithic Java applications into scalable microservices architectures.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven application components.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical teams to define cloud migration strategies.
  • Implement scalable and secure software solutions using Java and Python.

Detailed Job Description

As an AWS Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise applications within a cloud-first environment. You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to transform legacy systems and monolithic applications into modern microservices-based platforms running on AWS. The role requires strong hands-on development expertise in Java and Python, coupled with a deep understanding of cloud architecture, API development, automation, and distributed systems. You will contribute to application design, migration planning, performance optimization, and deployment automation while ensuring high standards of reliability, scalability, and security. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned engineer to contribute to high-impact digital transformation programs.

  • Experience working with relational database technologies
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases

Nice-to-Have Skills
