Job summary

LTIMindtree in the United States seeks a Senior Database Migration specialist to lead end-to-end migrations from on-premises and Azure SQL to AWS RDS using AWS DMS and Data Sync. You will collaborate with the AWS Platform team to design strategies, minimize downtime, and ensure data integrity across large-scale cloud transformation projects; 8+ years in database administration and migration are required.

This role supports complex migrations, aligning with LTIMindtree's cloud modernization

Qualifications

• 8+ years in database administration, migration and cloud transformation.
• Hands-on AWS DMS migration experience; leads end-to-end large-scale migrations.
• Experience migrating from on-premises or Azure SQL to AWS RDS with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute database migration activities with the AWS Platform team.
• Design migration strategies and assess environments for cloud transformation.

Senior Database Migration specialist with handson expertise in AWS DMS The individual will lead and execute database migration activities in collaboration with the AWS Platform team.

The scope includes migrating databases from onpremises and Azure SQL environments to AWS RDS using AWS DMS and Data Sync.

8 years in Database Administration Migration and Cloud Transformation Projects Candidate who have worked on cloudbased database modernization initiatives.

End to end database migration projects assess existing database environments design migration strategies and execute largescale database migrations to AWS while ensuring minimal downtime data integrity and optimal performance.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
