Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an AWS Databricks Platform Support Architect in Raritan, NJ onsite to lead administration, governance and optimization of enterprise Databricks platforms on AWS. You will be responsible for platform reliability, security, automation, performance and production support.

The role requires hands-on Databricks workspace administration, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, IAM and cloud cost optimization, with IaC deployments using Terraform and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Databricks Workspace Administration, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake and job/workflow management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud (S3, IAM, EC2, Lambda, Glue, CloudWatch, VPC, Secrets Manager).
• Data tech stack including Spark, PySpark, SQL, data lake/lakehouse concepts.
• DevOps and CI/CD tooling (Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Programming with Python, PySpark, and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Architect and support AWS Databricks environments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod.
• Manage Databricks workspaces, clusters, jobs, workflows, Unity Catalog, and access controls.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, incident management and root cause analysis.
• Implement governance, security IAM RBAC, monitoring and compliance controls.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability and cloud costs.
• Automate deployments using Terraform and CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, Cloud and Security teams on platform enhancements.

Role Summary

Lead the administration support governance and optimization of enterprise Databricks platforms on AWS Responsible for platform reliability security automation performance and production support

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and support AWS Databricks environments across Dev QA UAT and Prod
• Manage Databricks workspaces clusters jobs workflows Unity Catalog and access controls
• Provide L2L3 production support incident management and root cause analysis

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
