Job summary

TalentXM is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive AWS-based data engineering for a long-term engagement in Malvern, PA. The role is hybrid with onsite presence from Day 1 and has a 1+ year duration on W2.

You will lead data pipelines handling unstructured data, automate workflows, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable solutions using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Glue. Familiarity with Canoe or MSCI is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Technical Lead with data engineering background.
• Experience handling unstructured data and building data pipelines.
• Strong ability to design and implement workflow automation on AWS.
