Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to build and maintain the AWS infrastructure that supports our enterprise engineering tool platforms. This role involves deploying AWS resources, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring reliability and performance of critical systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over three years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure administration. Proficient scripting skills and familiarity with database management are also required. Join us on our mission to make space accessible for everyone.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure administration.
• 1+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a cloud environment.
• Working experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Experience with relational databases (RDS, Oracle, or MS SQL).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain AWS infrastructure supporting Teamcenter and Windchill environments.
• Write and maintain IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and/or CloudFormation.
• Implement security policies aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework.
