Job summary

Deloitte US Delivery Center is seeking a Center Delivery Consultant, Software Engineering Solutions, to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will support identity verification, biometric/identity services, and integration with Salesforce, ATS/NVC, and ACE while enabling scalable, secure, and compliant workflows.

Work spans Release 1 and Release 2 with ongoing O&M, including ATO considerations, monitoring, and patching as the platform scales.

You will work on core AWS infrastructure supporting a mobile identity-verification app, Salesforce orchestration, and ACE Portal integration, as well as biometric/identity services, including hosting and scaling Iprove (facial recognition/liveness) within AWS environment. In addition, integration infrastructure connecting to ATS/NVC (vetting), Salesforce, and ACE. Environments supporting Release 1 (Year 1 launch) and Release 2 running in parallel with steady-state O&M. Security infrastructure supporting the ATO process — access controls, audit logging, encryption for a system handling PII and biometric data. Scheduling/appointment infrastructure for background check and fingerprinting workflows, if in scope.Key Responsibilities:* Design and maintain AWS infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation)* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across two concurrent release tracks. Configure networking, IAM, and security groups per federal requirements* Stand up and scale compute for biometric/ML workloads under real onboarding volume* Implement monitoring/logging/alerting (CloudWatch) to support O&M* Support integration between AWS-hosted services, Salesforce, ATS/NVC, and ACE* Support ATO documentation and audits (access control evidence, data flow diagrams, encryption, vulnerability scanning)* Collaborate with identity/policy stakeholders on credentialing infrastructure.
