Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Cloud Engineer to drive cloud solutions on AWS, modernize infrastructure, and automate release pipelines. You will collaborate with software teams to streamline deployments and leverage IaC tools. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and participation in cloud community practices.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in cloud engineering, Kubernetes administration, and scripting, with hybrid work arrangements in a multi-cloud context.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of engineering experience on a major cloud platform (AWS preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience with server administration (Linux preferred), networking or infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS services: Networking, Compute, Database, and other related services.
• Experience with Infrastructure and Application Monitoring concepts.
• Experience administering Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong scripting/programming background (BASH, Python, YAML, etc.).
• 4 years of IT field experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a resilient, secure, scalable cloud-hosted platform.
• Implement automation for self-service infrastructure provisioning (IaC, Configuration as Code).
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and improve release management processes.
• Utilize Dynatrace to identify and address cloud infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with teams to share knowledge and provide guidance on cloud matters.
• Create architecture diagrams and runbooks for operations teams.
