Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Cloud Engineer with a strong AWS foundation to mature governance and operating models. The role spans multi-cloud with Azure and GCP and emphasizes automation, Terraform IaC, and GitHub-based CI/CD in a collaborative environment.

The position is remote while based in the United States, with initial focus on establishing standards and scalable cloud practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
• Strong governance, security, and cost-optimization knowledge.
• Experience with IaC using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess and mature the current AWS environment and governance model.
• Develop and maintain Terraform-based IaC solutions.
• Build and support GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Create cloud automation and self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers and application teams on strategy.
