Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Cloud Engineer to drive AWS cloud solutions, automate infrastructure, and migrate workloads. You will partner with development teams to streamline release pipelines and support our cloud strategy in a hybrid environment.

The role requires 2–4 years on major cloud platforms, Linux admin skills, and AWS service knowledge. Hybrid work model with on-site and remote days, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

2–4 years engineering experience on AWS or major cloud platform.
Linux server administration, networking or infrastructure experience.
Experience with AWS services and related tooling.
Experience administering Kubernetes clusters.
Strong scripting/programming background (Python, Bash, YAML, etc.).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a resilient, secure cloud platform on AWS.
Automate infrastructure with IaC/Configuration as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with development teams to enable self-service cloud provisioning.
Troubleshoot production issues and respond to escalations.
Create architecture diagrams and run books for operations.
