Job summary

CACI is seeking an AWS Solution Architect to design, implement, and support cloud-based solutions for Government and CACI customers. You will work directly with customers to gather requirements and architect scalable AWS solutions, ensuring security and compliance across migrations and modernizations.

The role requires up-to-date AWS expertise, IaC proficiency, and strong communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Must be a United States Citizen with ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• Minimum 1 year of cloud architecture experience with AWS.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (CloudFormation or Terraform) and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Proficiency with AWS and related cloud technologies.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS cloud architectures, including IaC, network design, and security controls.
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM).
• Support customers with cloud migration, modernization, and troubleshooting AWS environments.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on AWS best practices and cloud adoption.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and metrics for stakeholders and leadership.
• Other duties as assigned in support of contract taskings and mission success.
