Job summary

Intelliforce is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead cloud architecture strategy, move from legacy to cloud-native, and support AI-enabled development in a high-consequence mission space. You will define roadmaps, build reusable patterns, and collaborate with mission stakeholders and leadership.

The role is hands-on and strategic, with a TS clearance requirement, US citizenship, and 5+ years in systems engineering and cloud, especially AWS.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph required; no sponsorship.
• US Citizenship required; ability to obtain agency-specific approvals.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a technical Bachelor’s degree.
• Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
• 5+ years of deep systems engineering and cloud architecture experience; proven enterprise infra work.
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization and transformations; incremental migrations preferred.
• Hands-on AWS production environments including serverless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud architecture strategy and define reusable patterns.
• Build roadmaps and templates to speed cloud adoption while preserving mission flexibility.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across legacy and cloud-native environments.
• Assess infrastructure, document dependencies, and prioritize modernization by impact and cost.
• Collaborate with AWS Professional Services and mission stakeholders to scope and refine solutions.
• Design modern workflows for CNE developers including unified SSO and large datasets.
