Job summary

EverWatch seeks a seasoned Cloud Engineer to design and implement cloud-based architectures for IC missions. You will shape cloud strategies, migrate systems, and ensure security and compliance while collaborating with government clients.

Ideal candidates have deep AWS/Azure experience, IaC, containerization, and CI/CD expertise. Security-focused, with polygraph clearance, and available for on-site roles in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with infrastructure components such as compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization via Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, including identity management, encryption, and access control.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of database management systems.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Design a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and leverages cloud capabilities.
• Develop a next-gen cloud system and drive migration with adherence to standards.
• Recommend tools and solutions based on current environment and hybrid resources.
• Collaborate with government clients to inform strategy and design.
• Grow skills in automation, security, and AI while delivering critical IC systems.
• Support clients in overcoming cloud challenges and improving environments.
