Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
LangChain, a builder of AI agent tools, seeks a client-facing partnerships lead in New York to own an AWS alliance end-to-end. You will run joint deals with AWS field teams, manage marketplace listings and private offers, and use AWS funding programs to create and accelerate pipeline.
You should have proven experience growing an AWS alliance, deep knowledge of marketplace/co-sell mechanics, and the ability to present a credible product fit to builders and senior stakeholders.
The role is about owning one cloud partnership end to end: running joint deals with AWS field teams, managing the marketplace listings and private offers, and using AWS funding programs to create pipeline. A strong candidate has already grown an AWS alliance rather than just started one, knows the marketplace and co-sell mechanics in detail, and can run a joint business plan with senior people on both sides. Some technical grounding is needed to talk credibly with builders about how the products fit into a customer's AWS setup.
The company sells tools for building and running AI agents, so the partner motion is about helping customers put agents into production on AWS. Much of the coordination work, such as tracking pipeline, offers and funding, can be automated through marketplace platforms, which frees the role for relationship building and deal judgment. What stays human is trust with AWS sellers, reading the coopetition between partners and competing products, and knowing which accounts to pursue.
This role builds AI experience through proximity to the product and the ecosystem rather than through hands on model work. The person would learn how agents, evaluation and observability tools fit into enterprise cloud stacks, and how AWS programs aimed at AI and data partners work. Familiarity with LLMs and developer tooling helps, and it can be built by studying how the company's frameworks and platform are used alongside AWS services.
