Easterseals Delaware is seeking an Agency with Choice Coordinator in the Sussex County area. You will enroll, monitor, and assist participants, families, and caregivers, and manage funding annually in collaboration with DDDS.

This full-time role supports individuals with disabilities and requires strong organizational skills and customer service. Based in Georgetown, DE, the position offers a structured environment, training on Therap, and opportunities to impact the community while working

Responsibilities

• Enrolling, monitoring, and assisting participants, families, and their caregivers.
• Assist with balancing and managing the participants funding for the year.
• Train the participant and caregiver on the electronic visit verification system,Therap.
• Assist Participants and Caregivers with payroll and time reporting troubleshooting and solutions
• Meet with participant and their family quarterly and as needed regarding program services and processes.
• Collaborate with Division of Developmental Disabilities Services regarding participant services and support.

Position Opening – Agency with Choice Coordinator Location: Sussex County

Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is seeking an AWC Coordinator to be a part of our Agency with Choice Program (AWC) in the Sussex county area. The AWC Program assists individuals and their families under the Lifespan Waiver through the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services with the hiring and management of their caregiver(s). We are looking for someone who is well-organized, has effective time management skills, and excellent customer service. Preferred Qualifications :

• Prior experience with disabled and/or aging population
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years’ experience
• Bilingual ability in Spanish is aplus.
• Experience using the Therap system is a plus.

This is a full-time, 40-hour a week position Monday- Friday 8am-4pm. There is county-wide travel associated with this position. Must have reliable transportation. The salary for this role will be based on experience in the field.
