Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Manager, Awards and Rankings to raise the firm’s profile through strategic participation in directories, surveys and awards. This hybrid role may be based in Austin, Dallas, Houston or San Antonio and requires occasional office visits for trainings or meetings.

The role reports to the Director, Public Relations and Communications. You will lead nominations, manage an editorial calendar, and collaborate with firm management to develop compelling submissions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of public relations or corporate communications experience.
• Strong judgment and detail orientation; manages high-profile, deadline-driven projects.
• Experience in the legal or professional services industry preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing for external audiences; polished copy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; grammar and style mastery.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with leaders and teams across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead awards- and rankings-focused initiatives for the firm.
• Develop compelling nominations for directories and awards involving lawyers and clients.
• Oversee surveys and responses with firm management input.
• Advise leadership on opportunities and participation in directories and surveys.
• Prepare lawyers for interviews with researchers and editors.
• Manage the awards-focused editorial calendar across publications.
• Coordinate event participation and support broader marketing initiatives.
