Responsibilities

• Advise students and families via phone, email, and in person.
• Organize and prioritize workflows to review financial aid applications.
• Serve as liaison for internal colleagues on financial aid eligibility and awarding.
• Reconcile and evaluate confidential student financial aid data.
• Determine student eligibility and award Federal Graduate PLUS and private loans.
• Provide counseling on debt management and budget planning.
