Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for an award-winning restaurant group in New Hampshire. The role focuses on leading high-volume dining operations, developing standout teams, and delivering exceptional hospitality across shifts.

You will drive service standards, manage costs, and mentor staff while partnering with culinary leadership to sustain a culture of excellence and growth. This is a hands-on leadership position in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing or supporting operations with annual sales volumes in the $5 million–$12 million range.
• Hands-on, floor-focused leadership style during busy service periods.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop strong teams.
• Strong financial acumen including labor costs, expenses, metrics and budgets.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences on every shift.
• Recruit, train, coach and retain talented team members while building a performance-driven culture.
• Maintain visible leadership on the floor, engage with guests, anticipate needs and exceed service standards.
• Monitor sales, labor, costs and KPIs to achieve financial targets and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with standards, health and safety, cleanliness and operating procedures.
• Create a culture of accountability and empower employees to own their responsibilities.
• Collaborate with senior management and culinary leadership to improve execution and results.
• Identify opportunities for improvement using guest feedback and financial data.
