Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and six months of experience working with the general public.
• Ability to learn and use branch software and processes.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Opening new accounts and providing support with lending opportunities.
• Educating members on Deseret First products and services.
• Processing financial transactions accurately and maintaining records.
• Owning the member experience in the branch for each interaction.
• Building branch business through referrals and community involvement.
