Next Steps Community Services is hiring for Awake Overnight staff in New Hampshire. The Group Home Worker supports adults with developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living, safety, and personal care during the overnight shift.

You will help individuals maximize independence and participation in the community, under trained supervision. No prior experience is required as comprehensive onboarding and First Aid/CPR training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Next Steps Community Services programs.
• Help individuals become more integrated in the communities by maximizing strengths, skills and abilities.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide job coaching, teaching and development of life skills to promote independence.
• Support communication, self-advocacy and community participation.
