Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group in Duluth, MN is seeking Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate care in four-bedroom homes in Duluth area. Roles include assistance with daily living, medication administration, and activity participation, with a focus on dignity and independence for residents.

Shifts are awake overnight 11 pm–7 am; full-time and part-time positions available. Benefits and competitive hourly wages are offered; driving status/location may affect pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to pass a MN DHS background study.
• Every other weekend availability required.
• Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers.
• Medication administration, documentation.
• Work independently and problem-solve effectively.
• Administer basic first aid as needed.
• Socialize with residents and participate in activities with them.

Compensation

• $17.50–$19.00 per hour depending on driving status and location hired for
