Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight in MA. You will empower individuals to live independently, provide daily living support, follow ISP/Behavior plans, and assist with health needs in a residential setting.

You’ll mentor staff, help with budgeting, and build positive relationships with families while ensuring a safe, welcoming home environment. Minimum 18+ with a valid license and high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Provide daily living support and teach independence skills.
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members.
• Collaborate and problem-solve as part of a supportive team.
• Mentor and train other staff when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in residential settings and promote independence.
• Follow Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
• Administer medications and manage health-related needs.
• Engage individuals in community activities and maintain documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and train staff; assist with budgeting and personal funds.
