Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours, assisting individuals with morning routines and daily living activities. You will help promote health, safety, and independence in a compassionate, recovery-oriented environment.

You will implement health and medication protocols, assist with transportation when needed, and ensure thorough, timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow agency procedures during emergencies.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner.
