Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor in Massachusetts to provide guidance, supervision, and support during nighttime hours. You’ll assist individuals with morning routines and daily living activities while promoting health, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, implementing health and medication protocols, coordinating transportation, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis intervention and follow agency procedures during emergencies or crises.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel coordination as needed.
• Complete and maintain required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
