Job summary

Perkins Watertown Campus is seeking Awake Overnight staff to ensure the safety and well-being of students in our residential program. You will remain awake during the shift, perform routine checks, and address direct care, medical and behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with special needs children.
• Ability to complete First Aid, CPR/AED, CPPI and basic sign language as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stay awake during shift to monitor students in residential program.
• Attend to direct care, medical and behavioral needs.
• Respond to emergencies and document incidents.
• Support growth and development with a compassionate approach.
