Missouri State University in Springfield is seeking an AVT Help Desk Operator Networking and Telecommunications - Work Study to support campus IT services. This student position is restricted to Federal Work Study recipients and requires 10–20 hours per week on-site at the Springfield Campus.
You will answer phone calls, triage issues, and inform technical staff of problems, with additional duties as assigned.
