• Adjuster licenses in multiple states.

This is a senior leadership role where you will manage 4-5 Claims Managers and a total team of 35 worker's compensation claims staff. Alongside people leadership, you will drive the technical and operational strategy for the group, lead change initiatives and act as the senior sign-off point for major loss claims.

This role is FULLY REMOTE, offering up to $195,000 base salary, a 25% bonus and benefits. There is also a strong progression pathway to Vice President, Claims.
