Job summary

Citi’s Wealth COO Office seeks an Assistant Vice President to lead the design and maintenance of a centralized KPI reporting suite, measuring the financial impact of strategic programs.

The role requires deep-dive analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, with responsibility for data quality and collaboration across Finance, Technology, Risk, and Front Office to deliver actionable insights. This is a full-time position in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience with analytics and reporting.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a centralized reporting suite to track KPIs, drivers, and financial impact of programs.
• Perform deep-dive analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across Wealth.
• Develop analytics to track value realization from key investments and initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in all reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk, and Front Office to gather data and deliver insights.
• Prepare findings for senior management to support strategic decisions.
• Forecast monthly headcount with staffing partners and manage resource requests.
• Coordinate budget reviews and provide cost analysis and fiscal insights.
