CNA Financial, a leading insurer, seeks an experienced executive to lead the National Accounts Property Structured Risk segment. You will drive underwriting excellence, profitability, and business development for a national portfolio across NY/NJ/New England, aligning with strategic plans.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will guide strategy, governance, and staff development while collaborating with Risk Control, Actuarial, and Claims teams to ensure risk-aware growth across the territory.

In this officer position, you will lead and direct an underwriting team specializing in National Accounts Property (NAP) Structured Risk Segment. Your primary responsibilities include driving underwriting excellence, ensuring profitability, and fostering business development for a national portfolio. You will be accountable for achieving business results through effective management and strategic implementation of objectives and policies for NAP ground-up business, aligning with the company's strategic plans for the for the NY (NYC, Long Island), NJ, New England territory.

I n certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia , California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois , Maryland , Massachusetts , New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $152,000 to $242,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
