CNA Insurance is seeking an experienced underwriting professional to manage and develop a highly complex book of business. You will serve as a technical expert in underwriting specialty, handling pricing, policy recommendations, and regional coordination under general management direction.
Reporting to a manager or above, you will mentor junior underwriters, analyze risk profitability, and build relationships with agencies and brokers to drive positive, profitable outcomes.

Individual contributor responsible for the overall management, business development, analysis and monitoring of a highly complex book of business. Under general management direction, works within broad limits of authority on assignments requiring a high degree of technical complexity and coordination. May have regional, industry segment or company-wide scope.

In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually.
Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
