CNA Insurance seeks an officer-level leader to head an underwriting team for National Accounts Property Structured Risk in the Boston area. You will drive profitability, set strategies, and guide risk-taking with cross-functional partners.

In this officer position, you will lead and direct an underwriting team specializing in National Accounts Property (NAP) Structured Risk Segment. Your primary responsibilities include driving underwriting excellence, ensuring profitability, and fostering business development for a national portfolio. You will be accountable for achieving business results through effective management and strategic implementation of objectives and policies for NAP ground-up business, aligning with the company’s strategic plans for the for the NY (NYC, Long Island), NJ, New England territory.

In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $152,000 to $242,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
