Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive technology experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience leading technology projects and teams.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and modern delivery practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies and data platforms; AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology professionals and foster a high-performing team environment.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of technology solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage project delivery including planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Contribute to technology strategy and modernization initiatives.
• Communicate status and risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of innovative technologies.
