Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking an Assistant Vice President Strategic Sourcing to lead and develop the sourcing, contracting, and procurement teams in a remote United States setting. You will influence partners in a fast-paced, matrixed environment to optimize supplier value and spend.

This role drives vendor consolidation, implements tools and dashboards, partners with Legal on contract templates, and guides enterprise-wide sourcing strategy to enable cost reductions and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sourcing, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• 12 years of progressive work experience leading diverse teams.
• 8 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for transformation of sourcing, contracting, and procurement.
• Lead long-term vendor consolidation to meet evolving business needs and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement contracting tools, dashboards, and analytics.
• Partner with Legal to ensure consistent templates, standards, controls, and metrics.
• Manage department budget, staffing, performance, and development.
