Job summary

Credit One Bank AVP of Procurement will provide enterprise-wide leadership for strategic sourcing and procurement across direct and indirect spend categories, developing and executing strategies to optimize cost, manage risk, strengthen supplier performance, and create business value. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or a technical field.
• 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain with leadership responsibility.
• 5 years of strategic sourcing with influence on business strategy and vendor relations.
• Strong negotiation skills from corporate sourcing experience.
• Experience leading cross-divisional or cross-functional teams.
• Experience writing RFPs, RFIs and RFQs to suppliers.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical and project management skills.
• Strong influencing skills to lead teams and partner with Credit One Bank’s supply base.
• Deep understanding of procurement best practices, category management, spend analytics, supplier performance management, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Broad understanding of business issues, metrics, organizational linkages and customer value.
• Uses knowledge of industry and market trends to develop long-term strategies.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise procurement, sourcing, and category management strategies to optimize cost, value, risk, and supplier performance.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, aligning procurement initiatives with enterprise objectives and business priorities.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing procurement organization while driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute multi-year category and supplier strategies informed by market intelligence, spend analytics, and industry trends.
• Direct supplier selection, contract negotiations, and commercial relationship management to maximize value and mitigate risk.
• Drive innovation through data-driven decision making, performance metrics, emerging business models, and best practices.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with corporate policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned
