Job summary

State Street seeks an Assistant Vice President, GCI, Partnership Strategy & Operations in Boston to shape the evolution of the outsourced partnership model, run day-to-day operations, and engage with partners.

In this role, you will partner with procurement, define SoWs, manage contracts in Beeline, track metrics, and drive governance with Jira to deliver timely, strategic results. Expect 7+ years in financial services and strong program leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 7 years in financial services.
Experience in Strategy Transformation, Vendor Management, and Program Management.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Consulting background is a plus; industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to evolving our partnership model and adjust operations for efficiency.
Work with procurement and business teams to create SoWs or Orders.
Manage SoWs and contracts in Beeline with approvals.
Invoicing and billing for contracted services.
Track partner financial metrics vs. budgets and contractual values.
Enact governance and oversight of partner teams with SLA/KPI governance in Jira.
Manage impediments, drive program progress, and escalate risks.
Apply business judgment to surface practical, high-impact options.
Translate business challenges into actionable, structured problem solving.
Balance competing priorities to generate strategic outcomes.
