Job summary

Bci Miami is seeking an AVP Business Analyst Management to serve as the primary operational partner for the CEO, driving governance, performance monitoring, and strategic alignment with Head Office. The role ensures execution of the CEO’s priorities across branch units and support functions with precision.

Responsibilities include leading BSC processes, budgeting, executive meetings, and cross-functional coordination, while delivering strategic insights to inform decisions at the branch and head

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4-6 years of banking or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly/annual Balance Scorecard (BSC) and production goals using SMART methodology.
• Lead budget reviews and interim forecasts with Treasury, Finance, and Head Office.
• Prepare executive-level materials for meetings and governance reviews.
• Serve as analytical liaison between Bci Miami Branch and Head Office (Santiago).
• Develop executive presentations and strategic insights for decision-makers.
