Job summary

Banco de Credito e Inversiones (BCI) Miami seeks an AVP Business Analyst Management to partner with the CEO and drive governance, performance monitoring, and executive communications across branch units. You will prepare quarterly/annual BSC, budgets, forecasts, and executive presentations for Town Halls and regulatory meetings; coordinate meetings and track actions.

Requires 4-6 years banking experience, advanced PowerPoint/Excel, English and Spanish, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years experience in banking or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly and annual Balance Scorecard (BSC) and production goals using SMART methodology.
• Lead budget reviews and interim financial forecasts with Treasury, Finance, and Head Office.
• Organize and manage executive committee meetings and strategy sessions, capturing action items.
