Job summary

BCI—Miami seeks an AVP Business Analyst Management to act as a strategic partner for the CEO, driving governance, performance monitoring, and executive communications across branch units and Head Office. You will ensure alignment with strategic priorities and provide timely, accurate analysis.

Responsibilities include preparing BSC, budgeting support, and high-level presentations for governance meetings. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus advanced MS Office skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in banking or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with AI tools.
• Bilingual English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly and annual Balance Scorecard (BSC) and production goals using SMART methodology.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and briefing materials for Town Halls and regulatory meetings.
• Lead budget reviews and forecasts with Treasury, Finance, and Head Office.
• Support cross-functional coordination across department heads.
• Analyze branch performance and report to Head Office.
