Solomon Page seeks an experienced Assistant Vice President of Store Design & Concept to lead the creative vision for a multi-brand retail portfolio in New York. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to deliver flagship concepts and cohesive brand experiences.

The contract spans 6–12 months with hybrid work in NY, NY (3 days onsite). The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in architecture and retail design, a strong portfolio, and proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required.
• 10 to 15 years of architecture/retail design experience.
• Registered Architect status.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with flagship, temporary, or pop-up retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual evolution of retail design across multiple brands.
• Develop innovative retail concepts aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Translate brand positioning into compelling physical environments.
• Research trends to inform future design direction.
• Guide material sourcing and concept delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain concept integrity.
