Qualifications

• 4 Year Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 10+ Years experience in a similar role in the insurance industry (Required)
• Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations
• Demonstrates ability to communicate knowledgeably and credibly with senior management and internal constituents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to think critically, analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement process improvements
• Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, design, development, and delivery of RILA solutions that support growth and long-term strategy.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and consumer needs to expand into new markets.
• Influence product priorities and future growth opportunities.
• Assess annuity and adjacent markets to evaluate viability and competitiveness of concepts.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, State Filings, Operations, and Implementation to bring concepts to market.
• Build relationships with external partners to gather market insights and inform product innovation.
• Evaluate product performance and portfolio optimization strategies.
• Contribute to risk management and governance processes for product design and pricing.
