Job summary

Hirewell is seeking a Research Lead, AVP in New York for a direct hire role. The position leads an executive research and relationship intelligence function and reports to the Senior Director. Salary range is $140,000–$180,000 with full benefits.

The ideal candidate will lead analysts, develop tools for relationship mapping, and deliver executive insights in a fast-paced setting. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ experience; familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn, PowerBI, and Generative AI is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required; preferably in business, journalism, or the humanities.
• 7+ years of work experience; financial services industry preferred.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality deliverables to executive audiences.
• Experience managing a small team as a player-coach with growth mindset.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Office365, PowerBI and Generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading preparation of executive briefing materials across varied contexts.
• Managing strategic relationship intelligence data across CRM and LinkedIn.
• Partnering with teams to leverage relationship intelligence in workflows.
• Leading development of tools to improve breadth, depth, and speed of research.
• Overseeing a team of analysts, prioritization and deliverable quality.
• Driving integration of relationship intelligence into organizational workflows.
• Maintaining process documentation and data quality across databases.
