Job summary

FINN Partners’ Honolulu office seeks an Associate Vice President for Research Services to lead high-impact primary research programs, manage client relationships, and deliver strategic business insights. The role blends qualitative and quantitative methods, from inception to executive presentations, with opportunities to leverage Generative AI and advanced analytics.

Located in Honolulu, in-office presence is expected at least one day weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in either quantitative or qualitative market research techniques.
• Mastery in one methodology is required with hands-on involvement across both.
• Knowledge of Hawaii culture and its impact on business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute all phases of market research projects from proposal to final presentation.
• Identify new business opportunities and design research proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Synthesize large datasets into client-ready reports and dashboards using PowerPoint, Tableau, Displayr, or Canva.
• Explore Generative AI models and automated analytics tools to streamline qualitative synthesis and data processing.
• Serve as primary research contact for key corporate, nonprofit, and government accounts and drive growth.
