Job summary

Marsh is seeking a seasoned Client Support Services professional to join our team. This hybrid role is based in Edina, MN (or NY/Philadelphia) with a minimum of three days in the office weekly to collaborate across teams.

You will advise on client/reinsurer materials, approve KPIs, and support RFPs, audits, and claim settlements while driving process improvements with technology. A bachelor’s in accounting/finance and 5+ years in reinsurance or claims are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, accounting, or claims.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals to assess and submit client/reinsurer presentation materials and communications to resolve questions and secure agreements and payments.
• Authorize KPIs and other system tools to manage transactional processes and ensure SLAs are met.
• Interface during meetings to share knowledge and promote process improvements leveraging technology.
