Responsibilities

• Coordinate all placement support activities for assigned accounts.
• Review and update renewal exhibits based on client data and trends.
• Navigate systems for submissions, markets, quotes, and authorizations.
• Track placement status and follow up with brokers for updates.
• Draft and secure broker sign-off on renewal requests and communications.
• Research financial statements, product lines, and geographic exposures.
• Interface with other departments to provide data for modeling and issue resolution.
• Manage contract documents and ensure proper tracking of executed documents.
